OUAC Voucher Code

Introduction
The University of Windsor is dedicated to fostering a community that emphasizes equity, diversity, and inclusion in educational opportunities. In alignment with this commitment, the University is pleased to introduce the OUAC Voucher Program for the upcoming admission cycle.

Program Overview
The OUAC Voucher Program is established to support students who demonstrate potential for academic success at the University of Windsor but may be dissuaded from applying due to a lack of confidence, financial resources, or supportive networks.

Eligibility and Application
Eligible applicants may include individuals who possess the requisite academic qualifications for admission but face barriers that hinder their application process. The decision-making process made by the University of Windsor will consider financial limitations (e.g., low household income, lack of access to resources such as internet or transportation) and barriers (e.g., first-generation applicants, students from underrepresented communities). A pre-screening tool may be required to assess these criteria.

If you are a representative or partner in education and wish to apply for the OUAC Voucher Program on behalf of a student, the University will cover the OUAC application fee for that individual. Please note that the decision to issue voucher codes is contingent upon the availability of funds and will be made at the discretion of the University, based on a case-by-case analysis.

Limitations
The vouchers available at the Fall Open House 2024 event will be offered on a limited basis for students who meet the criteria mentioned above.

Process
To initiate the application process for the OUAC Voucher Program, please identify suitable candidates and complete the request form available at the button below.

Disclaimer
Participation in the OUAC Voucher Program is subject to the University of Windsor’s policies and procedures. The University reserves the right to amend or discontinue the program at its discretion.
